Missed lesson

Missed lessons: it is your responsibility to catch up with the work before the next lesson. This is in the school rules. It is also really important if you want to have all the work for tests. You will not get any sympathy or test concessions if you do not catch up as the resources are here !

Week 38 Beginning September 19

Grade 7

Read this page on how animals keep warm in cold conditions.  Then choose ONE of the 15 methods and explain how it works in your own words, but using the ideas of conduction, convection and radiation. This is not easy as there are many different explanations, so just try to keep it simple. The easier examples are numbers 3,5,7, 9, 11 and 13. Spend a maximum of 20 minutes on this task.

Grade 8

Spend some time going through the notes, and the work you have already done. In your notebooks, write down any questions you have about the work - things you do not understand etc. We will review these next lesson.
